1. Who we are

GraderTGC is an AI-powered Pokémon card pre-grading service operated by AEA (info@advantedgeautomation.com). It provides indicative grade estimates and is not affiliated with PSA, CGC, or BGS.

2. Data we collect

• Email address (from your login provider)
• Card images you upload for grading
• AI grading results and your optional corrections
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers)

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the grading service
• To improve AI accuracy using anonymised correction feedback
• To process payments (Stripe)
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session). No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

• Art. 15 — Access: view your data at any time in your collection
• Art. 17 — Erasure: delete your account and all data in Account settings
• Art. 20 — Portability: export your data as JSON in Account settings

6. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes all data.
